Synchro-box for VW gearboxes  02Q-02M

NOW offered 2 versions of ratio set: BOOST x LONG !

Gearkit contents from 3°-4°-5°-6° gears with modifed ratios for better acceleration and stronger teeth for higher torques.

  1°-2° gears are used original incl. inlet shaft.

  Kit ofcourse compatible with all available original Final Drives. Gears are made from original gears - conus for synchro rings stay original and gears are made new - stronger with different ratio.

  Is necessary deliver to us 4x original gears with synchro conus or charged + 200 EUR more. Conus gears must be delivered in advance (if later will be returned 200 EUR charge by Paypal)

Conus gears must have in good condition: conus surface, needle bearing surface, side teeth for sleeve ! Gear teeth can be demaged - not important !    

  NOTE: All our kits (especialy BOOST kits) are designed as strong as possible in dimensions limits of casing ! Its impossible say how much torque can handle - 02Q gearboxes use it  succesfully with over 600 Nm, also our gearkits are designed as racing equipment -  to be strong and can handle high power and torque - its main focus, durability is not so important - its not recomended use it in street use with high millage - also with low power and used on long distances (thousands km) can wear surafce of teeth !
